What is Vitamin C?Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin.Simply put,it comes mostly from sour vegetables.For example, lemons,Orange,Strawberry,Chili because the body can not produce it, it has to rely on external foods.The daily requirement is 75mg for an adult woman and 90mg for a man.
